Tejas Kotecha is a communication skills consultant and trainer who worked for 20 years at Sky News and Sky Sports. As a producer he learned the power of communication working alongside presenters, reporters and newsroom editors.

He also chaired Sky Sports’ Ethnicity and Inclusion Network to help drive change in culture and inclusion.

As founder of Tejas Kotecha Communications, he believes communication is soft power. It helps people deliver presentations that change minds, inspire the audience as a public speaker, and allows them to be better leaders and managers

His workshops are fun and memorable. His practical “Socratic” teaching style allows groups to discuss openly, challenge ideas, and make instant improvements. His recent clients include Domino’s, Regus, Chiswick Business Park, Women in Sport, and the Global Banking School.
